"I love all the Jim Gardner crew at State farm! They treat you like people and not a number and always have a smile even through the phone 😁. Mimi is marvelous. "Buying insurance can be very annoying. But these people actually made it very easy and actually pleasant! They were very knowledgeable and helpful. They went into great detail to make sure that I got the coverage I wanted. They made excellent suggestions. My agent Chris was on top of everything. Mimi his assistant is top notch. It was great working with them. Plus they do a follow up call which went thru everything to make sure I fully understood all my coverages. Bianca was awesome and truly knowledgeable and helpful with this. I purchased Auto & Home owners policies. Great team great experience !"

"Let me start by saying that I never give 5 stars on anything. To me it symbolizes a level of absolute perfection with no reason to change or improve. But today after making a call to simply update my payment information and speaking to Bianca I felt she deserved nothing less than a 5 star rating .
